Hi! I'm Stephanie Reid and I will be teaching Earth/Environmental Science and AP Environmental Science at Northeast High School this year. This is my third year teaching high school. My first two were spent at the Academy at Central where I taught Chemistry, Anatomy & Physiology, Physical Science and Earth/Environmental Science.
I am an alumnus of Northeast High School and am honored to be returning to Northeast as a member of the staff. Go Rams!!
Prior to teaching I worked in the health care field as a Medical Technologist for 18 years and continue to do so on holidays, weekends and during the summer. I love teaching science and hope that each of you will enjoy the classes that we have together.
My tutor day will be determined once the school year begins. I am available in the mornings before school at 8:00am by appointment. If the established tutor times do not work for you, please see me to set up an alternative time.
Parents: Thank you for allowing me to work with your student. I am looking forward to a wonderful school year. Important Note: Parents, Please read over the documents posted under Important Documents. Each student has been given forms which require both parent and student signatures confirming that you have read and understand the class documents. The signature forms need to be signed and returned by Wednesday, August 31, 2011.
